Delikatesy was created to bring the character of a Polish neighbourhood delicatessen into contemporary daily life in Dubai
It started with a simple observation.
Many people living in Dubai miss the products they grew up with—the bread, the cold cuts, the sweets, the pantry staples that make a home feel like home. Others are simply curious about European food culture and want to explore it properly, in one place.
Delikatesy answers both. It is a Polish and European grocery and convenience-store concept built around real shopping habits: a considered core of Polish favourites, complemented by European products chosen for quality and familiarity.
The name is deliberate. In Poland, a delikatesy is a neighbourhood shop known for good products and personal service. That is the standard we hold ourselves to as we prepare to open in the UAE.

Polish food culture is generous and seasonal. It is shaped by preserving, baking and slow cooking, and by the habit of gathering people around a table for meals that are unhurried and shared.
Delikatesy carries that spirit forward. Our design language draws on traditional geometric folk patterns, presented with restraint and contemporary craft rather than nostalgia. Heritage is the foundation; the expression is modern.
This balance—rooted, but never dated—guides everything from the products we select to the way our stores are laid out.
